I have been using Payroll Vault since the beginning of 2019 and I can't say enough good things about the service. Payroll is timely, integrates well with Quickbooks, and the staff are wonderful. Would highly recommend to any business in need of a better payroll company!

I have been 100% satisfied with Payroll Vault since day one. I've had experience with other payroll companies, and these guys blow them out of the water. Amy is amazing and so accommodating. If I have questions, I'll get answers within the day. They offer direct deposit along with the ability to print checks yourself. There is a client and employee portal (online) that is very easy to access and navigate. They have brought great value to my business!

We have been using Payroll Vault (PRV) for at least 6 months now. I love the ease of emailing the employee hours every two weeks. From there PRV takes care of everything. It takes the stress out of payroll for a small business for certain. I had many questions when we first started with PRV but Amy in particular was very patient with me as I got the hang of their system. It is well worth the money to have PRV take care of everything for us.
